We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering the best patient care experience possible. We combine technology with modern care. Essential Functions
Key Role in creating Holistic and Integrative Medicine Practice
Provide superior Urgent Care for our community
Assist in establishing and expanding Primary Care Onsite and via Telemed when time allows
Develop and implement primary care arm of clinic with Chief Medical Officer
Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
Completion of chart notes within 48 hours
Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
Develop and implement patient management plans
Work with HR, Operations and Billing to ensure smooth operation and execution of clinical initiatives
Relay suggestions and ideas for business development to department heads and CEO
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Function as an integral part of the team
Diagnose, treat, manage and discharge patients from Pediatric to Geriatric
Education & Experience
Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care
Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work as a team with other department heads and staff
Willingness to work onsite and Telemed if needed
Understanding management reserves the right to change hours to current operational needs
