Stefanie N. Forrester

Stefanie Forrester is a Certified Physician Assistant with over twenty years of direct patient care and hospital experience in the healthcare industry. Stefanie holds a Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Oregon with advanced training in weight and lifestyle management. She is currently in her eleventh year practicing as an advanced practice clinician in family medicine specializing in acute and chronic disease management, weight loss and sports medicine. She has practiced previously in Sacramento, San Diego and rural Alaska. She is dedicated to learning about patients’ personal goals and promises to work together with her team to provide each patient with a customized plan for a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Stefanie is excited to join CityHealth as an advanced practice clinician and looks forward to helping to improve the overall health of the community.
